I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the new reports now available on our website.
The Executive Summary report is already making us more efficient. It gives us an easy-to-use overview that is much faster and complete than our previous manual method of collecting and manipulating info from our database. Having this info also accessible to all our hosts is a way we can add value to their operations and encourage them to do more business with us.
The information and the customized data available from the Customer Service Report is very powerful. This info is being put to use by our customer service and on the marketing side. Again, the information is complete, accessible and accurate.
The education report will be showing its value in the coming weeks, once more data, especially from the interns, gets collected. I’m looking forward to comparing the source of registrants to the source of interns.
Thanks to you, Victor and the rest of HKS team for listening to our original ideas, understanding our needs, proposing alternatives, working with us and designing solutions. Yes, the process took a lot of time and patience. The final result is impressive and definitely worthwhile!
