I have been in close contact with Haven Knowledge Systems and Brad Einarsen since 2000, and the work and services provided have always been professional and of the highest quality. As Manager of Technical Publications for Siemens Milltronics, I am responsible for ensuring that our technical collateral is represented on our corporate Web site, and I have worked closely with Mr. Einarsen on a number of projects, including the following:

• automated data transfer processes
• site design
• site maintenance

Work on these projects has been, and still is, completed on budget, and in a timely and efficient manner. The quality is outstanding and the customer response has been tremendous. Traffic on our corporate Web site has increased dramatically, and continues to do so. HKS provides monthly reports and analyses, and we work closely in a continuous effort to meet the requirements of the marketplace.
